Right of withdrawal
The Leonberger kennel "Löwe vom Muselbach" is a hobby dog breed, which idealistic and non-profit making efforts to strengthen and improve the health, character and exterior of the Leonberger dogs and does not pursue any commercial interests.
Therefore, I am not offering my puppies on a business basis and the purchase contract cannot be canceled. Pedigree dogs are not goods that can be given for inspection or exchange rights. The seller is of course happy to advise the buyer if problems arise within the scope of his possibilities, even after the purchase.
The buyer is recommended to present the pedigree dog to another veterinarian within three days of taking it over and to have the dog checked for diseases, possible racial errors or defects. The cost of this verification is the responsibility of the buyer. If illnesses and errors are found during this check, the seller is responsible for them. The seller decides on any necessary treatment (at his veterinarian) of the animal, on taking back this dog or discount, but only if the veterinary check and a corresponding complaint is made within this time.
However, should any court come to the conclusion that my Leonberger hobby breeding (according to the tax office: hobby) pursues commercial intentions, I already declare that there is a two-week right of withdrawal for every purchase contract. In any other case, the 3-day rule applies for the best interests of the dog.
